Mr. Yash Birla

Etymologically, "Yashovardhan" translates to mean "accomplishment" whereas "Birla" translates to mean "extraordinary". Scion of the Birla clan, Mr. Yash Birla was born to transcend past achievements and to make a mark through extraordinary achievements. He completed his Masters by excelling in commerce and acquired a degree in Law, both of which equipped him to take on the responsibilities of an entire empire at a very young age.

As a 23 year old extraordinaire, Mr. Birla has thrived on innovation and has been instrumental in diversifying, developing and shaping the course of the Yash Birla Group of Companies for well over 16 years, guiding the entire conglomerate through a series of victory laps.

Mr. P.V.R. Murthy

The makings of a successful company are earmarked by its people. Mr. Murthy stands as a perfect example of intelligence, integrity and a man with a heart. As a Chartered Accountant with an MBA, Mr. Murthy honed his skills in both finance and business, and created a niche for himself within the industry. He has worked in the top management team in companies like Sunflag Group of Companies, Aryaman Financial Securities Ltd. With over 30 years of experience in the finance sector, Mr. Murthy has provided some incredible insights to steer the Yash Birla Group in the right direction.

Mr. G.L. Lath
President - Asset & Wealth Management

Having started his career in 1973 with DFTL, Mr. Lath has come a long way. As an FCA with a wealth of 30 years of work experience, he has been instrumental in shaping and developing assets for the Yash Birla Group and is also on the board of numerous Group Companies.

Mr. Anant Vardhan
Group President - Corporate Communications & Corporate Affairs

Mr. Anant Vardhan has been appointed as President - Corporate Affairs and Communications at The Yash Birla Group. He is a MBA from an international business school. Prior to his current position as the President - Corporate Affairs and Communications, Mr. Vardhan has been with some of the most reputed names in the Financial and Investment Banking companies across the globe. At the Yash Birla Group he has been instrumental in bringing in radical changes, changed business strategies, professionalized the entire group and replaced internal systems.

Mr. Tushar Dey
Group President & Group General Counsel

An ACS and a BGL from Annamalai University, Mr. Dey has more than 20 years of work experience in legal & secretarial practices. In the past, he has worked with companies like Fiat India Pvt. Ltd. , Multi-Arc India Ltd. Vishesh Infosystems. Ltd., GKL Invel Transmission Ltd. at senior levels. His experience and wisdom serve as a sound guideline to ensure that the Yash Birla Group works on the parameters of being legal and ethical at every step.
