Corporate Social Responsibility at the Yash Birla group

The Birla group has been in the forefront among others in envisioning a larger societal purpose of giving back to society manifold. Having contributed to India’s freedom struggle by propagating Mahatma Gandhi’s ahimsa and non-violence, today, the Birla group is associated with mobilizing funding and supporting many charitable institutions. The group defines Corporate Social Responsibility as engaging in socially responsible employee relations and making a commitment to the community around it.
